At Shade And Thread, we offer custom design services to create apparel tailored to your unique vision. Please review our policy before placing a custom order.

Design Process

All custom design requests are reviewed by our team. We may contact you for additional details, references, or approvals before proceeding with production.

Order Confirmation

Production begins only after final design approval and full payment confirmation.

No Cancellation or Changes

Once the design is approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

No Return / Exchange

As custom-designed products are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Quality & Variations

While we ensure high-quality output, slight variations in color, print, or placement may occur due to the nature of custom production.

Turnaround Time

Custom orders may take longer than standard orders. Estimated timelines will be shared during the order process.

Design Usage Rights

By submitting any design, artwork, or concept to Shade And Thread for custom production, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and adapt the design for production and operational purposes.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, Shade And Thread reserves the right to use or reproduce such designs, or elements of them, for future collections, production, or sale.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any submitted designs do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
